RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

We will gladly accept a return free of charge for an exchange of items that are in new condition with original tags. Return items cannot be washed, worn or altered. Please note that we are unable to accept returns of items purchased from third-party retailers (golf shops, speciality e-commerce stores or specialty retail stores).
Full-Price Merchandise must be returned within 30 days of the order date to receive a refund or exchange. The refund less shipping and handling of $9.95 will be applied to the original method of payment. Alternatively, you can choose to receive a store credit for the full returned amount.

Gift Cards cannot be returned, refunded, exchanged or redeemed for cash.
Start your return online by contacting us at firstname.lastname@example.org. Please note: using the return shipping label that is generated will not incur return postage fees for returns for a store credit but will incur the $9.95 fee deducted from your original purchase.
Refunds will be issued to the credit card used at the time of purchase. We kindly ask that you allow up to ten business days for your return to be processed. Once your return has been completed, you will be notified via email.
If you would like to exchange an item, we suggest that you place a new order for the item you want before returning your original purchase. This will ensure that your exchange item is in stock. Once we receive your return, we will process a refund for the cost of the returned item and send you a confirmation email.
