RETURNS 

  • Our 100% guarantee ensures that every purchase made on taylorjordanusa.com exceeds your expectations.
  • Return items cannot be washed, worn, or altered.
  • Please note that we are unable to accept returns of items purchased from third-party retailers (golf shops, specialty e-commerce stores, or specialty retail stores).
  • Full-Price Merchandise must be returned within 30 days of the order date to receive a refund or exchange.

  • For returns, the refund less shipping and handling of $9.95 will be deducted from the refund amount. Alternatively, you can choose to receive a store credit for the full returned amount.
    • All Sale Items are FINAL SALE. This includes our Semi-Annual Sale.
    • Gift Cards cannot be returned, refunded, exchanged, or redeemed for cash.

    Please note: using the return shipping label that is generated will not incur return postage fees for returns for store credit but will incur the $9.95 fee deducted from your original purchase.

    Refunds will be issued to the credit card used at the time of purchase. We kindly ask that you allow up to ten business days for your return to be processed. Once your return has been completed, you will be notified via email.

    EXCHANGES

    • If you would like to exchange an item, please email us at customercare@taylorjordanusa.com to get started.
    • We ask you to ensure that the requested items are in original condition and unused with tags.
    • Please note that any items purchased from taylorjordanusa.com can not be exchanged from any third-party retailers (golf shops, specialty e-commerce stores, or specialty retail stores).
    • We will get a return label sent over to you to get the item requested for exchange sent back. This shipping fee will be at Taylor Jordan's expense and you will not be charged for the send-back shipping.
    • *In the meantime, please go online and re-purchase your correct size, color, etc.
    • This will create a new order and ensure that the requested item is in stock and available. 
    • *This might result in a payment of shipping if the new order is under $100. Please note, this is not an additional charge of shipping for this exchange process as Taylor Jordan Apparel will cover the cost of the sending back shipping.
    • Once we receive your return, we will process a refund for the cost of the returned item.
    • A new tracking and shipping confirmation will be sent from the new order created.

    RECEIVED AS A GIFT?

    • If you were gifted an item or items from Taylor Jordan Apparel and would like to initiate an exchange or return, please email us at customercare@taylorjordanusa.com along with the Order # to get started. 
    • In order to return or exchange any items, you must be within 30 days from the purchase time frame to receive a full return. You may be within 60 days from purchase for an exchange or store credit. 
    • Any item wishing to be returned or exchanged must be in original condition, unworn, with tags attached. 
    • Any refunds will take place on the original card used at purchase.
    • Due to exchanges needing to be replaced by the customer, a store credit can always be available for the customer who received the order as a gift. This will allow that customer that was gifted to not have to replace an order online with his or her own card, but rather with the refunded store credit gift card.
